We are excited to announce a new and significant collaboration with a movement as important as Slow Food.
For those who may not be familiar, Slow Food is an international movement that advocates for the right to pleasure and good, clean, and fair food for all. Founded in 1986, the organization works to preserve local culinary traditions, promote environmental sustainability, and raise awareness about the quality and origin of the food we consume.
Since the publication of Slow Food's Manifesto in 1987, the organization has tirelessly worked to recognize the true value of food, spreading respect for those who produce it in harmony with the environment and ecosystems. This translates into a steadfast commitment to preserving local knowledge and traditions linked to specific territories.
Today, in light of climate and environmental crises and their consequences on economic, social, and health levels, Slow Food actively operates through a range of projects and networks. It invites everyone to signal hope and choose individual and collective well-being, promoting a respectful and resilient approach towards the ecosystem. This commitment primarily reflects on the quality of life, both for ourselves and for other living beings sharing our world.
As a company that embraces the principles of Slow Food, we are pleased to announce our participation as a trusted partner in the upcoming edition of the Slow Wine Fair, scheduled to take place in Bologna from February 25th to 27th, 2024.
Organized by BolognaFiere and Sana, conceived by Slow Food, the Slow Wine Fair is the international event dedicated to good, clean, and fair wine. From February 25th to 27th, 2024, there will be conferences, masterclasses, and the exhibition of 800 Italian and international wineries, featuring over 5,000 labels.
